It only gets better!
Yup. Today got even better! On my way to the gym by bike slid out on the road and i crashed. Yum. Somehow knee goes down first then i end up flipping over and yeh, no helmet im lucky my head didnt hit the ground. And my bike handle flipped two times around screwing up the cables to my brakes AND my gears, so now i gotta fix that. Probably my worst workout because i couldnt do much and was...

Life just hit me like a punch to the gut
It’s just lights and darks, I’m not sure how to process what just happened. Please be a dream. Please. I hope that when I wake up tomorrow, this was all just a nightmare, and everything will be fine.
